James founded Colchester Computer Medics after 10 years working in corporate IT across London. Returning to Essex, he saw a gap for genuinely responsive, honest IT support for local businesses. He holds Microsoft certifications and has overseen the growth of the company from a one-man band to a full team of engineers.
Senior Network Engineer
Emily leads all WiFi and networking projects, bringing specialist expertise in Ubiquiti UniFi and enterprise networking. She conducts all WiFi surveys and designs every network installation we undertake. A Colchester local, Emily has installed networks across hundreds of Essex businesses.
Cloud & Security Specialist
